Carry Them Forward · Founding group
Moving forward doesn't mean leaving them behind.
An 8-week small-group program for people who want to stay connected to someone they've lost while they rebuild their life. Founding applications open in January, and this list hears first.
Have you ever thought…
These are things grieving people tell me, often after a reading, often quietly.
"I'm terrified I'll lose my connection to them."
"I keep looking for signs. Why haven't I dreamed about them?"
"I feel guilty when I'm happy."
"If I stop hurting this much, I'm scared I'll lose them."
"Everyone else has gone back to normal."
"I don't know who I am without them."
You don't have to choose between staying connected to them and moving forward with your life.
What it is
Eight gentle weeks, together
Carry Them Forward is built for how grief actually feels: short lessons you can manage on a hard day, a small group who gets it, and a process that helps you find connection you can carry yourself.
A Welcome Box in the mail
Arrives before Week 1, made for you and the person you're carrying, with everything you'll use along the way.
A live reading circle
In Week 6, I'll hold a live group reading just for our circle. Not everyone receives a message, so we'll also talk honestly about where your connection lives either way.
Short weekly lessons
Two or three short videos and a guided audio each week, none longer than 15 minutes, plus a 10-minute version for low-energy weeks.
A live call every week
75 minutes together on Zoom to talk, ask questions and close with a candle ritual. Recorded if you can't make it.
A small, gentle group
No more than eight people, so everyone comes to know each other's person by name.
Your Continuing Connection Blueprint
An interactive workbook that fills in week by week: your rituals, your symbols, your plan for hard days. It's yours to keep.
The Connection Spectrum
Where does your connection live right now?
Searching and Holding aren't failures. Both are natural responses to love and loss. The program helps you move toward Carrying, at your own pace.
Searching
Looking for proof they're still here: signs, dreams, another reading.
Holding
Holding on to the pain, because it feels like the last thing connecting you.
Carrying
Feeling connected in your own ways, while your life keeps moving forward.

Why I created this
I'm a medium. A reading can open the door, but it's only the beginning.
For years I've sat with people after they've lost someone, in private readings, at live shows and on my TikTok lives. Again and again, the reading ends and the hard part begins: how do you keep that connection and still live your life?
I also hold a degree in psychology. Grief research now tells us that staying connected to the person who died is healthy, not something to let go of. Carry Them Forward brings both together into a gentle, structured process, so the connection is something you carry yourself.

Is this for you?
It's likely a good fit if
- You lost someone central to your life at least six months ago.
- You're getting through the days but feel stuck between holding on and moving forward.
- You're open to signs, intuition or the idea that the bond continues. You don't need to share all my beliefs.
- You'd like company on the way, in a small and gentle group.
It isn't the right fit if
- You need crisis support, therapy, or treatment for trauma.
- Your loss was very recent, within the last six months.
- You're looking for a guaranteed message from your person.
Carry Them Forward is grief support and coaching, not therapy or mental-health treatment. If you're in crisis, call or text 9-8-8 at any time.

Questions people ask
Do I need to have had a reading with you?
No. Many people will come to this without ever having had a reading. You only need to be comfortable exploring grief from a spiritual angle.
Is this therapy?
No. It's grief support, coaching and education. It can sit alongside therapy, but it doesn't replace mental-health care.
Will I get a message from my person?
No one can promise that, and the program never depends on it. The goal is a connection you can carry yourself, message or not.
Can I join from anywhere?
Yes. Everything happens online, and live calls are scheduled in Eastern Time and recorded.
What will it cost?
Founding members join at an introductory rate, with payment plans available. This list hears the details first, before applications open.
Does pre-applying commit me?
Not at all. It just means you hear first. You can decide in January, or unsubscribe anytime.
